1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product from WoodPlanShop (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products (What You Receive)

WoodPlanShop sells digital downloads (e.g., PDF plans, cut lists, diagrams, and sometimes bonus files such as SketchUp). After purchase, you will receive access to download the files as described on the product page.

3. License & Acceptable Use

When you buy a plan, you are purchasing a license to use the files, not ownership of the files themselves.

You may:

             - Download and print the files for personal use.

             - Build physical items from the plans for yourself.

You may not:

             - Share, resell, redistribute, upload, or “give away” the files (PDF/SketchUp/ZIP) in any form.

             - Claim the plans as your own work.

             - Create derivative plan files for resale based on our files.

             - Small business use: You may sell physical items you build from the plans in small quantities, but you may not sell or distribute the digital plans themselves.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s supported payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by your country/region.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. If you have trouble downloading your files or received the wrong file, contact us and we will help you quickly.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We do our best to keep instructions, dimensions, and cut lists accurate. However, woodworking results can vary based on tools, material quality, and skill level, so you are responsible for verifying measurements and fit before cutting.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Woodworking involves tools that can be dangerous. You agree to use proper safety practices (eye/ear protection, guards, ventilation, etc.) and assume all risk associated with building projects from our plans. WoodPlanShop is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our plans.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including plans, text, photos, diagrams, branding, and design—is owned by WoodPlanShop and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
