By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product from WoodPlanShop
("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and
WoodPlanShop LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. About WoodPlanShop LLC

WoodPlanShop LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company that designs
and sells digital woodworking plans to customers worldwide. All plans are
created by our founder, Abderrahim, and are intended to help beginners and
enthusiasts build beautiful projects with confidence.

3. Digital Products (What You Receive)

WoodPlanShop LLC sells digital downloads (e.g., PDF plans, cut lists, 3D
diagrams, and sometimes bonus files such as SketchUp files). After purchase,
you will receive instant access to download the files as described on the
product page.

4. License & Acceptable Use

When you purchase a plan, you are purchasing a personal-use license to use
the files — not ownership of the files themselves.

You MAY:
  • Download and print the files for personal use.
  • Build physical items from the plans for yourself or as personal gifts.
  • Sell physical items you build from the plans in small, non-commercial
    quantities (hobby scale).

You MAY NOT:
  • Share, resell, redistribute, upload, or give away the digital files
    (PDF, SketchUp, ZIP) in any form — free or paid.
  • Claim the plans as your own original work.
  • Create derivative digital plan files for resale based on our files.
  • Use our plans for large-scale commercial manufacturing or production.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of WoodPlanShop LLC's
intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed on the website in USD and may change at any time
without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's
supported payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes,
duties, or fees required by your country or region.
WoodPlanShop LLC is not responsible for any bank or currency conversion charges.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once
the files have been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for
change of mind. If you experience a technical issue with your download or
received the wrong file, contact us at hello@woodplanshop.com and we will

7. Product Information & Accuracy

We take great care to ensure our instructions, dimensions, and cut lists are
accurate. However, woodworking results can vary based on tools, material
quality, lumber availability in your region, and skill level. You are
responsible for verifying all measurements and fit before cutting.
WoodPlanShop LLC is not liable for material waste or project outcomes.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Woodworking involves tools and processes that can be dangerous. By purchasing
and using our plans, you agree to follow all appropriate safety practices
including the use of eye protection, ear protection, dust masks, blade guards,
and proper ventilation. You assume all risk associated with building projects
from our plans. WoodPlanShop LLC and its founder are not liable for any
injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from the use or
misuse of our plans or instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to woodworking plans,
PDF files, 3D diagrams, text, photographs, branding, logos, and site design —
is the exclusive intellectual property of WoodPlanShop LLC and is protected
under applicable US and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is
strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the website.
  • Use the site or products for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content or product pages in any manner
    that infringes the rights of WoodPlanShop LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability

the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your
use of WoodPlanShop LLC's products shall be resolved exclusively in the
courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
