Refund policy

At WoodPlanShop, we want you to have a great experience building our projects. Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy differs from physical stores. Please read the details below before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Downloads (No Returns)
Since our products are digital files (such as PDFs and 3D SketchUp files) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
Unlike a physical product, a downloaded file cannot be "returned" to us. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
2. Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same plan twice in a single order or separate orders, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase. We will gladly refund the duplicate transaction.
3. File Issues or Technical Problems
If you experience any issues downloading your files, opening the PDFs, or reading the plans, please reach out to us immediately.
While we don’t offer refunds for "change of mind," we are committed to making sure you get the files you paid for. If a file is corrupted or an email delivery fails, we will manually email you a fresh copy of your purchased plans.
