At WoodPlanShop LLC, every plan is designed with care — from the first sketch
to the final cut list. We want you to build with confidence, and we stand
behind the quality of every plan we sell.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, our refund policy differs
from physical stores. Please read the details below before completing your
purchase.

1. Digital Downloads — All Sales Are Final

WoodPlanShop LLC sells digital files (PDF plans, 3D SketchUp files, cut lists,
and related documents) that are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Unlike a physical product, a downloaded file cannot be returned. Therefore,
all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind
after a digital file has been accessed.

We encourage you to read the full product description and preview images
carefully before purchasing.

2. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same plan twice — in a single order or
in separate orders — please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.
We will gladly refund the duplicate transaction in full, no questions asked.

3. File Issues & Technical Problems

We are committed to making sure you receive exactly what you paid for.
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong plan files
  • Your download link failed or expired
  • Files were not delivered to your email

In these cases, WoodPlanShop LLC will either:
  a) Manually send you a fresh copy of your purchased files by email.
  b) Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

We do not consider these situations as "change of mind" refunds — we simply
want to make sure you get what you paid for.
