 What You’ll Need:

Standard 2x6 lumber (available at any hardware store)

Circular saw or miter saw

Drill and exterior screws

Measuring tape

Optional: Wood glue, sander, and outdoor stain

📐 Step-by-Step Overview:

1. Cut Your Parts
Start by cutting the seat slats, legs, back slats, and armrests. Be sure to measure twice and refer to a full cut list (included in my plan below).

2. Build the Frame
Assemble the legs, base, and seat supports. Use clamps and pre-drill holes to avoid splitting.

3. Attach the Seat and Back Slats
Screw the slats onto the frame evenly, starting from the bottom. Keep spacing consistent.

4. Add the Armrests and Back Supports
These give the chair its signature comfort and style. Sand the edges for a smooth finish.

5. Seal and Finish
Use outdoor wood stain or sealer to protect your chair from the elements and give it a polished look.
